Position Overview
UF Health St. Johns is seeking a compassionate, team‑oriented physician to join a growing practice dedicated to delivering exceptional care to children and families. This position offers the opportunity to step into a community‑focused environment with a strong patient base and a collaborative group of providers and staff. Florida medical license, DEA certification, and ABMS board-certification/eligibility are required. Base salary is based on experience and guaranteed with significant productivity incentives and benefits.
Position Highlights:
Competitive salary with quarterly productivity incentive and a comprehensive benefit package including

Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm with flexible schedule options after ramp up period
Approximately 18-22 patient visits per day
