CDL A Truck Driver

Drivers who prefer consistent work and reliable home time can expect a steady schedule in this CDL A position. This job offers long-haul miles, planned routes, and modern equipment so drivers can stay productive without dealing with constant changes in dispatch. Weekly home time helps keep the schedule predictable.
This fleet moves mostly refrigerated freight across nationwide lanes. Drivers haul temperature-controlled loads with a combination of drop and hook and live load freight. Dispatch works to keep loads lined up in advance so drivers keep moving and avoid long waits between trips.
Equipment includes late-model sleeper tractors with automatic transmissions and refrigerated trailers. Trucks are maintained on routine service intervals to reduce breakdowns. Many units include power inverters, and drivers may park at approved locations or take the truck home when safe parking is available.
Drivers earn $1,300–$1,500 per week depending on miles and experience. Weekly guarantee options may be available on certain fleets. Extra pay opportunities include detention, layover, and stop pay along with bonus programs based on safety and performance. Full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid vacation time.

Requirements: Must have a valid Class A CDL, at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience, be 21 or older, meet DOT qualifications, and pass background and drug testing.
