Job Description

Salary: $114,240 - 120,640 per year Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics
• 3+ years of experience utilizing basic shop tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic equipment
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems
• 3+ years in authoring test plans, procedures, and reports
• 3+ years of experience in developing and delivering technical presentations
• 3+ years of environmental testing experience
• 3+ years of experience in setting up instrumentation, collecting, and analyzing test data
• Experience coordinating tests with leadership, customers, and field personnel
• Proven ability to plan, lead, and execute complex test events
• Capacity to travel and work in both laboratory and outdoor settings
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with aerospace, defense, or hardware-intensive environments (preferred)
• Exposure to COTS/GOTS systems integration (preferred)
• Background in system engineering, integration, or hardware testing (preferred)
• Knowledge of data acquisition systems and automated testing tools (preferred)

• Develop, refine, and implement test plans, procedures, and schedules for systems and subsystems
• Analyze customer requirements and convert them into viable testing solutions
• Interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and hardware/software interfaces
• Set up and calibrate test instrumentation, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic tools
• Execute environmental and field tests in both lab and outdoor environments
• Collect, validate, and analyze testing data to assess system performance
• Draft comprehensive test reports, discrepancy reports, and documentation for regression testing
• Lead and coordinate testing activities with management, customers, and field teams
• Present technical test strategies and outcomes to various stakeholders
• Troubleshoot intricate electrical and mechanical issues during the integration and testing phases
• Travel as necessary to support testing at off-site locations
