Salary: $109,200 - 217,695 per year Requirements:

• An active Secret or higher security clearance
• Willingness to work onsite in Littleton, CO
• Experience with System trade studies and/or System modeling
• Familiarity with Requirements and Interface Control Document (ICD) development
• Background in System Integration, Testing, and/or Verification
• Understanding of Test planning and execution, including interdependencies
• Experience with Design reviews
• Knowledge of integration, design, testing, or analysis of Electrical, Mechanical, or Software products/subsystems
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence across organizational boundaries
• Capability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
• Degree in Systems, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with certifications preferred
• Familiarity with Agile methodology (e.g., JIRA) and digital transformation experience
• Understanding of spacecraft/missile architecture, development, and systems integration
• Strong systems thinking skills and problem-solving abilities
• Experience ensuring compatibility of hardware/software during the program lifecycle
• Proven judgment in balancing technical requirements with schedules and budgets
• Experience in budget proposal development and project tracking
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with varied roles
• Prior involvement in major milestone reviews (SRR, SDR, PDR, CDR)
• Experience with customer-led working groups and multiple contractors
• Proficiency in MBSE tools such as DOORS and Cameo

• Assist in the breakdown and allocation of system and subsystem requirements
• Identify and implement best practices and standards across FBM, LM Space, and the broader industry
• Craft innovative solutions for complex problems linking technical needs with transformative concepts
• Drive closure on anomaly investigations
• Lead the definition, analysis, and recommendation of Trade Study options for electrical systems
• Conduct reviews of data and documentation, providing constructive feedback
• Support systems and hardware integration, as well as test planning and execution, finding efficiencies in build flow and testing
