Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a System Tester for a Contract with a client in Charlotte, NC. The candidate must have strong hands‑on system testing expertise across mobile devices to ensure reliable end‑to‑end application validation.

Rate Range: 41/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

System Tester job responsibilities include:

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure application quality across platforms.

• Perform comprehensive mobile testing across multiple devices, OS versions, and screen sizes.

• Identify, log, and track defects using Jira, ensuring timely resolution and clear documentation.

• Validate complete end to end workflows to confirm system behavior and user journey accuracy.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to clarify requirements, test scenarios, and defect impacts.

• Ensure test coverage and adherence to testing standards for high quality delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in system testing and mobile application testing.

• Prior experience working with mobile testing across multiple devices, OS versions, and screen sizes.

• Strong capability in defect identification, documentation, and tracking using Jira.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $45.00 per hour
