Job Description

Description

Amazon Air (AIR) is looking for a Senior Program Manager (Sr. PM) with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a record of delivering results who will own and execute strategic, ambiguous, and cross-functional projects across the Global Strategic Programs and Initiatives (GSPI) organization. The team is comprised of leaders who are passionate about building the roadmap to enable AIR to scale the business and drive innovation through four main components/pillars: operational excellence and rhythm of business processes, standardization mechanisms, exploratory projects, and strategic program creation/management.

The Sr. PM will enable implementation of Program Management Office (PMO) best practices, scope and create large projects, track project timelines, and develop mechanisms for communicating to senior management on status, risks, and business challenges. We are looking for a self-starter who can build structure where none exists, communicate effectively (written and verbal), and build strong relationships to Earn Trust across executive leaders and multiple stakeholder groups. If you seek this fast-paced Day One environment, come work on the AIR team!
