### About the Role
We are seeking a **Senior Accountant** who can take full ownership of financial operations—from reporting and compliance to budgeting and process optimization.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing end-to-end accounting functions in a fast-paced, remote environment.
### What You’ll Do
* Lead **month-end and year-end closing processes**
* Ensure **accuracy in financial reporting, tax, and compliance**
* Develop and manage **budgets and cash flow forecasts**
* Optimize and improve **accounting systems, tools, and workflows**
* Create and implement **SOPs and internal controls**
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
### What We’re Looking For
* Based in **Argentina or Colombia**
* **Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)**
* Strong experience in **full-cycle accounting and financial reporting**
* Solid understanding of **tax compliance and financial regulations**
* Proven ability to **build processes and improve workflows**
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with global teams
