Join the team at Spark by Hilton Mystic Groton as a Pool Attendant, where you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment for our guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, guest-focused setting and takes pride in upholding high standards of cleanliness and customer service. Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the pool area, including pool deck, furniture, and surrounding spaces
• Monitor pool activity to ensure guest safety and compliance with hotel policies
• Provide towels, pool supplies, and assistance to guests as needed
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Enforce pool rules and respond courteously to guest inquiries and concerns
• Assist with setting up and breaking down poolside furniture and equipment
• Support team members with other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods of time
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
