Job Description

Red Cedar Solutions is seeking a part-time assistant supervisor on an as needed basis to join their team for the purpose of coordinating a housekeeping contract at McGuire Airforce Base. As a key member of the team, the Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all contract deliverables are completed on time and within scope. You will be the go-to person for everything involving the project’s organization.

PM responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Coordinating internal resources and vendors

· Managing employees, work assignments & schedule

· Ordering & Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies

· Communicating with and ensuring the customers’ needs are met

Requirements

Position Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent required, a degree and/or certifications in the field of management is a plus

· Proven working experience as a manager or project administrator

· Experience in government contracting is a plus

· Excellent client and internal communication skills

· Confidently Proficient with Microsoft Suite Programs

Please note this position is onsite at a Military installation. You must be able to pass both a company and government background screenings and complete required drug testing.
