Job Description:

Triad Cleaning Crew is hiring five (5) dependable Flex Cleaners to join our on-call cleaning team. This position is ideal for individuals who want flexible work and are available to step in when needed.

Flex Cleaners serve as backup support when a regularly scheduled cleaner calls out or when additional coverage is required. Work availability will vary week to week based on needs.

Responsibilities:

• Step in to cover cleaning shifts on short notice.
• Perform general commercial cleaning duties, including:
  • Mopping and vacuuming floors.
  • Emptying trash.
  • Restroom cleaning.
  • Light dusting and surface cleaning.
• Follow company cleaning standards and checklists.
• Communicate promptly regarding availability.
• Maintain professionalism at all client locations.

Schedule & Availability:

• On-call / as-needed basis.
• Shifts may be daytime, evening, or weekends.
• Flexibility and reliability are key for this role.

Requirements:

• Must be reliable and responsive when contacted.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
