Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced MRM Product Lead to define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an enterprise scale Model Risk Management platform. This role requires a strong blend of product leadership, technical depth, and domain expertise across model lifecycle and risk governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap, translating user needs into clear product requirements and release plans.
• Partner with business, risk, engineering, and data teams to align features with regulatory and operational priorities.
• Work hands on with Azure cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, and MLflow components.
• Leverage experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain) to guide AI enabled product capabilities.
• Provide technology and architecture guidance on model lifecycle, risk controls, and workflow automation.
• Ensure strong documentation, governance, and cross functional alignment.

Required Skills

• Strong Product Lead experience in Model Risk Management.

Req 3: Job Title: Elastic Search Developer / Engineer

Duration: 6 months

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Elastic Search Developer/Engineer to design, build, and optimize search and log analytics solutions within a fast paced Capital Markets environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Elastic Stack components and hands on experience managing large scale, high availability search clusters.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Elastic Search clusters for high performance search and analytics.
• Implement indexing strategies, configure shards/replicas, and optimize cluster performance.
• Perform search performance tuning, relevance tuning, and query optimization.
• Develop and manage log analytics pipelines using Logstash, Beats, and Kibana.
• Build visualization dashboards in Kibana to support monitoring, reporting, and insights.
• Troubleshoot cluster issues, performance bottlenecks, and indexing/search exceptions.
• Work closely with Capital Markets teams to translate business requirements into scalable search solutions.
• Ensure Elastic Stack configurations align with security, compliance, and operational standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands on expertise in Elastic Search cluster design, deployment, scaling, and maintenance.
• Deep understanding of indexing, mappings, analyzers, search queries, aggregation frameworks, and tuning.
• Experience with Kibana, Logstash, Beats, and the Elastic Stack ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of log analytics and data ingestion pipelines.
• Proven experience in Capital Markets (mandatory), with understanding of trade data, market data, and regulatory workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems, cluster performance issues, and ingestion failures.
