**Requirements:**
* Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
* Strong organizational and scheduling abilities
* Proficiency with inventory management or warehouse management systems
* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with logistics or shipping software
* Attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments for high-value items across international borders
* Track inventory levels and manage stock across multiple locations and partners
* Manage relationships with shipping vendors, couriers, and fulfillment centers
* Ensure compliance with international shipping, customs, and insurance requirements
* Continuously improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
