Graphic Designer - Full-time

Job purpose  

The focus of this role is to assist with the marketing efforts for BELAY, prospects, clients, and contractors. Leveraging their expertise in digital marketing, this person will be a member of a top-notch, in-house Marketing team that moves fast, thinks smart, works hard, learns & leverages new methods, crushes deadlines, and gets a ton of marketing magic done in the blink of an eye. The ultimate goal is to advance BELAY’s market share in the assistant solutions industry, establish BELAY as the premier brand in the assistant solutions industry, and grow the business by increasing quality leads generated for the sales team and staying ahead of the competition creatively.

As a member of the BELAY Corporate Team, you are expected to participate in phone calls and meetings (virtual and onsite) while serving as an example of the company’s mission.

Duties and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the assigned BELAY service line with design and production needs by proactively meeting team needs, striving for excellence, and collaborating effectively with marketing partners.
  • Create and execute visual assets that support service line initiatives across mediums and campaigns, including social media (organic and paid), emails, landing pages, websites, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Partner with the service line team to translate campaign needs into clear, on-brand visual assets that support marketing goals.
  • Build and maintain email and landing page designs within HubSpot, ensuring assets are visually aligned, responsive, and optimized for user experience.
  • Execute updates and enhancements to existing marketing assets, templates, and design systems to maintain consistency and efficiency.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing requests and meeting established deadlines.
  • Conduct project research as needed to support marketing initiatives.
  • Work within a Project Management Tool to manage tasks, track deadlines, and maintain visibility into active design work.
  • Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for BELAY landing pages and service line content.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members on email templates, landing pages, and campaign assets.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors as needed to support project delivery.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a technology maven - with an intense desire (and ability) to learn new software tools and think outside the box to be ahead of the industry curve.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • 3 years of experience designing for multiple clients with varying deliverables required.
  • A portfolio including examples of design work including social media posts, flyers, posters, landing pages, emails, and web designs.
  • Experience working within marketing platforms such as HubSpot to build and update email and landing page designs using established templates.
  • Experience creating motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
  • Strong command of typography and whitespace, grabbing attention and conveying an easily understood message.
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud and all its tools. Specifically Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, & Premiere Pro.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining brand standards and resources for a growing organization.
  • Must be a driven self-starter, a positive thinker, loyal and trustworthy.
  • Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and proactivity are essential for this role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player who is willing and able to “roll up the shirt sleeves” to get a project done when needed.
  • A high degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely. 

Working conditions

BELAY Corporate, as a virtual company, offers you the ability to work from home full-time. As such, a dedicated  and secure work space, free of distractions is required. Our standard business hours are Monday-Friday. Some roles will require travel.

$75,000 - $80,000
