Job Title: Forklift Operator (Sit-Down / Counterbalance)
Location: Morganton, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for safely operating sit-down, counterbalance, and split fork forklifts powered by liquid propane (LP) to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and has a strong background in material handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down, counterbalance, and split fork (LP) forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials from trucks and move product throughout the warehouse
• Stage, stack, and organize inventory in designated areas
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of forklift operating experience required
• Experience with sit-down, counterbalance, and split fork equipment (LP preferred)
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with frequent forklift operation
• Ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods
