Job Description: A Field Organizer will be responsible for a variety of aspects of a campaign including building relationships with the workforce, recruiting, one-on-one member and non-member meetings, and sustaining motivation of organizing committee members and activists. The organizer will assist in executing organizing plans and reaching benchmarks with a focus on membership building, steward and building representative growth & engagement.

Salary with Benefits:
Starts at $55,000/year, 2 weeks paid vacation, mileage reimbursement, health insurance reimbursement, performance bonuses
