Job Description

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert-level technical support for IBM Power Systems integrated with Google Cloud.
  • Diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges related to our cloud offerings.
  • Guide clients in the configuration, deployment, and management of their cloud setups.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer support inquiries.
  • Address customer concerns via telephone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
  • Uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction through clear communication and efficient problem resolution.
  • Identify, analyze, and rectify technical difficulties pertaining to hardware, software, and network matters.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on escalating and resolving critical issues.
  • Document solutions and draft knowledge base articles for recurring problems.
  • Provide insights to the product development team informed by customer interactions.
  • Recommend enhancements to support processes and tools for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in IBM Power Systems and Google Cloud technologies.
  • Facilitate training sessions for customers to optimize their use of cloud solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and FAQs.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
