Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant / LPN (Behavioral Health)

We are seeking a professional and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Behavioral Health clinical team. In this role, you will provide essential clinical support under the direct supervision of physicians and nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate possesses a calm demeanor, excellent discretion regarding patient confidentiality, and a genuine enjoyment of patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Support: Perform blood draws, injections, immunizations, and lab tests within the scope of certification.
• Patient Intake: Assist physicians with examinations, including monitoring vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration).
• Patient Coordination: Handle patient phone calls, provide instructions as directed by the physician, and assist patients to and from exam rooms.
• Administrative Maintenance: Maintain accurate medical records, including lab slips, referral forms, and other pertinent documentation.
• Facility Care: Ensure exam rooms are cleaned, organized, and stocked with necessary clinical supplies.

Requirements:

• Education: Completion of a formal Medical Assistant curriculum or specialized LPN training.
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or LPN in a clinical setting.
• Certification: Must maintain current Medical Assistant Certification or LPN License.
• Life Support: Active Basic Life Support (BLS/AHA) certification is required.
• Skills: Ability to handle stressful situations with emotional stability and work effectively within a flexible team environment.

• Salary: Up to $22.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
