NEW FACILITY | CLIMATE CONTROLLED SHOP

Sterling McCall Honda is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail and service. We are expanding and looking for  Experienced Honda/Import Automotive Service Technicians to work with  Our Quality Honda Dealership .

Our Service Technicians should be passionate about customer service, take pride in their work, and enjoy being part of a winning team that cares about their employees.

• Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
• Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
• Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors

• 1+ year of Automotive Tech Dealership Experience Required
• ASE Certifications Required
• Manufacture Certifications
• Diagnostic and Mechanical Skills
• Tool Proficiency
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License
